looking for a skilled Business Analyst / Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes, excellent English communication skills, and the confidence to manage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and translate them into solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Confidently manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates
- Identify process improvement opportunities using Dynamics 365 tools
- Configure and manage Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations, and Power Platform
- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for business discussions
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs
- Support training and adoption of Dynamics 365 tools across the organization
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role
- Skill Set: Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365
- Communication: Excellent fluency in English, written and verbal
- Stakeholder Handling: Confident and professional with internal and external stakeholders
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes
- Mindset: Analytical, proactive, and collaborative team player
Good to Have
- Prior experience in client-facing or consulting roles
- Basic understanding of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
- Experience working with international stakeholders
